Stay & Save Questions
How can I put my account on Stay & Save?
You can enroll in Stay & Save by completing a Membership Change Form at any our locations.
What is Stay & Save?
The Stay & Save program allows you to put your membership on hold for as long as you would like. During that time, we will bill you EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) account only $5 per month. Each month, the Stay & Save fee accumulates "Tan Dollars" for you. When your freeze is over and you return to tan you may use your Tan Dollars to purchase lotion, eyewear, upgrades or other in-store products. This also locks in your price of your membership.
Can I tan while on Stay & Save?
Yes, you can do walk-ins while on Stay & Save and use your tan dollars towards the walk-ins.
Will I have to pay a start-up fee when I resume tanning?
No, there is no start-up or enrollment fee to resume tanning after being on Stay & Save.
Do I keep my original monthly membership fee when I resume tanning?
Yes, your monthly fee stays the same when your account reactivates.

How can I receive attention regarding a membership billing issue or questions?

What is the last day of the month to make changes to my account?
You must submit your request for any changes by the 25th day of the month prior to the next month
What day does automatic billing take place?
It may be on the 1st of each month. Please refer to your membership form.
Can I change the date that the billing takes place?
Unfortunately no we keep them all the same for billing purposes.
How do I change the account that my membership is being billed to?
You may visit any of the salon location and filling out a change form can change the account information.
How can I cancel my membership?
